the Daily Telegraph London Supplement, regular contributions to trade
magazine and numerous appearances as an expert on anything from Channel
4 news live, Sky News, Channel 4 and 5, GMTV, Radio 4, Radio 5live and
many local radio and TV spots have given me a pretty solid insight into
how to answer people's enquiries impartially, effectively, quickly and
in a way that satisfies those doing the asking.
The upshot of all this is that I am permanently being asked questions wherever I go, which I happily do.
